4. Wii CPU/GPU Fan cleaned to be dust-free 
5. New High-Quality Thermal Paste applied on CPU/GPU

External Console:

1. All external screws are put in the correct spot and there are No missing screws 
2. The outside casing of the console has been cleaned with warm water and soap 
3. All external Rubber feet applied to console (None are missing)
