Q. I purchased a repair/service what should I do now?

A.

  • Please Do Not Include any Controllers, Cables (Display or Power), or Docks. We have our own accessories that we will use to test your console. 
  • Please Make Sure you Package your device carefully. This will help your console from getting damaged in shipping. We recommend a shipping box which has room for your game console with extra space on each side for bubble wrap which will protect your console during shipping. We will cover any shipping damage during return shipping to our customers however, we will not cover any shipping damage if a console arrives damaged to us. 
  • Please include your order confirmation, name, return address, and phone number inside the Shipping box. This will let us know who the console belongs to when it arrives and it will make it easier for us to contact you if a problem occurs.
